Ticket Purchasing Guide

How to Purchase Concert Tickets Online

When Sales Start

Tickets will go on sale in early November. We will send an email with the date and time as soon as those are available. When we have that information, a purchase button will be visible on the home screen.

This guide describes how to purchase tickets online. If you'd like to print it out for reference, click the print button at the top right of this window.

Getting Started

To purchase concert tickets on our website, you'll start from the main ticket ordering page.

Setting Up Your Account

You do not need an account to buy tickets, and there is no separate sign-up form. The ticket site's entry page has two options: Purchase tickets on the left, for buying without an account, and Sign in to your account on the right, for customers who already have one.

Your account is created when you buy

  1. Click Purchase tickets, choose your seats and check out as usual. The email address you enter at checkout becomes the login for your account.
  2. The confirmation page shows Activate My Account, and your confirmation email contains the same link. Click it, choose a password, and your account is ready. The link is for you alone; the exact time it expires is printed next to it.
  3. From then on, sign in on the entry page with that email address and password. Your dashboard offers My Upcoming Concerts, Orders and Receipts and Account Settings.

With an account you can see your order history, keep check out faster using your contact details and addresses, see any credit on your account, and pay for a group reservation online. You can also skip the activation step and order the same way in the future. Your purchase is complete either way.

If your address is already on file

If the email address you enter at checkout is already on a record with us (for example from a previous season, or because the box office or your group captain entered it), your order is added to that record and you are not asked to do anything extra during the purchase. The receipt sent to that address includes a link to sign in, or to set up the account if it has no password yet, and the order is listed there. Credit on an account is applied only to orders placed while signed in, so sign in first if you have a balance with us.

If the link expired or you never activated

Go to the entry page and click Forgot password? under the sign-in form. Enter the same email address you used at checkout and you will be sent a fresh link to create your password. If you are still signed in from your purchase, the entry page shows Finish setting up your account with a Set up my password button that emails you the link.

If the box office set up your record

The box office may create your customer record for you, for example when you order by phone or join a group. The box office can then send you an email asking you to verify your address. Clicking it confirms the address and takes you straight to choosing a password. If the link has expired, use Forgot password? as above with the address the box office has for you.

Keeping your account up to date

Account Settings on your dashboard is where you change your password, add or remove email addresses and postal addresses, and add a telephone number. A new email address must be verified by clicking the link we send before it can be used to sign in. If you verify a mobile number as a recovery phone, you can later reset your password by text message as well as by email.

For your security, nobody at Spanish River Concerts will ever ask you for your password or set one for you; you always choose it yourself through a link sent to your email address.

Understanding Your Options

On the ticket ordering page, you'll see three categories of events:

Complete Series (4 concerts)

These are season packages that include multiple concerts at a bundled price. Each series shows its concert name and their performance dates. Select the series with the concert dates you prefer.

Individual Series Concerts (available later in the season)

If you prefer to attend specific concerts rather than a complete series, expand this section by clicking on it. You'll see concerts organized by artist name. Click on an artist's name to see all their performance dates, then select the date you prefer.

Tickets to individual series concerts become available later than the complete series. You will only see this section when they are available.

Special Events

These are standalone performances that are not part of any series. Like individual concerts, they're organized by artist. Click to see the available dates for an artist; then select a date.

SuperSaver InstaSeat

While you choose seats for a series, the same seats are quietly held for you in the three special events on that night (a Monday series goes with the Monday special events, and so on), as long as every one of those special-event seats is available. There is no limit on the number of seats. If you choose a series seat whose special-event seats are not all available, the held seats for that series are released; removing that seat holds the others again if they are still free. When you leave the seat map to review your order, you can decide whether to add the held seats to your order, so that you don't need to choose those same seats in all three special events yourself. Nothing is charged until you check out, and you can remove any of them from your cart like any other ticket. The held seats are not in your cart until you say yes: they are released if you decline them.

Discount Information

These discounts will be automatically applied at checkout:

  • 25% off when purchasing a Series and all Special Events in the same order
  • 20% off any Special Event when purchased with a Series
  • 20% off a purchase of 8 or more tickets to a Series or Special Event

Discounts are not combined: each ticket gets one discount, the best one it qualifies for. The only exception is the series discount, which is part of the price of every complete series and applies together with any other discount.

Step-by-Step Purchase Process

  1. Select Your Event: Start by choosing an event from the options above. You can add more selections later in the process.

  2. Choose Your Seats: After selecting an event, you will choose your seats from a seating map of the venue. To preview what the venue looks like, open the seating chart (opens in a new window). It can be zoomed and panned like the real seat map, but nothing on it can be selected, and it shows no prices or availability.

  3. Add to Cart: Once you've selected seats, they'll be added to your order.

  4. Continue Shopping or Checkout: You can select additional events or proceed to checkout.

  5. Review Your Order: The "Review Order" button shows everything in your cart before payment. If you return to the dashboard before completing the purchase and while your seats are still held, your dashboard will display "Continue Your Order" to pick up where you left off.

  6. Complete Purchase: Enter your payment information to purchase your tickets. If you have a credit on your account, it is shown on your dashboard and applied automatically at checkout.

  7. Choose how your tickets are delivered: by Email (e-tickets sent to the address you enter), by Mail (printed tickets posted to your shipping address) or Will Call (held at the box office in your name). E-tickets are not offered for a large order: if your order has more than 4 seats for the same series, or more than 4 seats for the same concert or special event, choose Mail or Will Call. Seats spread across different series and concerts do not add up: 3 seats for a Monday series and 3 for a Tuesday series can still be emailed.

If You Are in a Group

Some of our customers buy their seats as members of a group. The group's captain collects everyone's seating requests and the box office reserves seats for the whole group at once. When the group is set up, the box office records whether the captain pays for all of the group's tickets or each member pays for their own seats. Your captain can tell you which applies to your group.

If your captain pays

You have nothing to pay online. Your captain receives one order for the whole group, and the group's tickets are issued once it is paid.

If each member pays for their own seats

  1. Watch for an email. When the box office reserves the group's seats you receive an email saying your seats are reserved. It lists your seats, any discounts, the amount due, and how to pay. It goes to the email address your captain gave us.
  2. Set up your account, if asked. If you have not used our website before, the email contains a link to create a password. The link is for you alone; after you set your password you are taken straight to the payment page. If the link has expired, use Forgot password? on the sign-in page with the same email address and a new link will be sent to you.
  3. Pay online. Sign in and open Orders and Receipts on your dashboard. Your reserved order shows the amount due and a Pay Now button for paying by credit card.
  4. Or pay by check or by phone. Call the box office at 800.716.6975 and mention the order number from your email.

Good to know:

  • Your seats are reserved in your name while payment is outstanding; they are not released the way an unpaid shopping cart is.
  • Your order lists only your own seats. Other members' seats are on their own orders.
  • Your tickets are issued once your order is paid. Depending on how your group is set up they are mailed to you, mailed to your captain to give to you, or held for you at will call.

Important Notes

  • All concerts begin at 8PM. Doors open at 7PM.
  • The accordion-style menus (Complete Series, Individual Concerts, Special Events) can be expanded by clicking on their headers
  • Sub-menus for individual artists can also be expanded to show available dates
